- subject: What API, CLI, or surface does this document cover?
- surfaces: Entry points (commands, types, modules) to list.
- params: Inputs, flags, env vars, defaults, constraints.
- invariants: Rules that always hold (errors, ordering, side effects).
- examples: Minimal copy-paste examples the doc must include.
